According to Top10bd.com, ATN Bangla or Asian Television Network is the most popular TV channel in Bangladesh. It was launched on 16th July, 1997. The advertisement costs for this channel vary depending on peak hours and total monthly spots and duration of ads.

NTV is another very popular television channel in Bangladesh. Although being a newer channel than ATN, it gained popularity quickly. Advertises during Bangla movies and Off-peak dramas have a 15,000 BDT rate per minute. Telefilms broadcasted on Fridays have a rate of 20,000 BDT per minute. Mid-news advertisement breaks during off-peak hours (7:30 am, 2 pm, 5 pm and 1 am) cost 15,000 BDT per minute. And all of these values are subjected to a 15% VAT and a 10% IAT.
Bangla Vision is a very popular television channel these days, mainly because of the comedy-focused dramas they broadcast. Many people who don’t watch tv on a regular basis, watch dramas on Bangla Vision during Fridays or holidays.
